By accessing or placing an order on zillablankets.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or place an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this Site, adding items to your cart, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and ZillaBlankets.

2. Products and Descriptions

All product photos and videos on this Site are AI-enhanced previews and concept renders. They represent the general design, style, and character of the product but are not exact photographs of the item you will receive. The actual product may differ in colour, finish, texture, sizing, stitching details, and overall appearance. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations. This does not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund, return, or chargeback.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. ZillaBlankets reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay. Payment is collected at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorise ZillaBlankets to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

4. Pre-Orders

ZillaBlankets products are sold as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, you are committing to purchase the product. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Every robe is made to order and ships in approximately 6-8 weeks from the order date. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays in production or shipping do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation.

5. Variant Substitution

Because each variant is hand-finished and subject to quality standards, ZillaBlankets reserves the right to substitute your selected variant with another variant of equal or greater value from our collection. This may happen if your original selection cannot be produced to our quality standards. A substituted variant is a full premium ZillaBlankets product and does not constitute grounds for a refund, return, or chargeback.

6. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

All sales are final. ZillaBlankets does not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with colour, finish, or stitching details
  • Differences between AI-enhanced preview images and the received product
  • Receiving a substituted variant
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Delays in production or shipping
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Shipping costs are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider for any reason covered by these Terms. If you have an issue with your order, contact us at zilablankets@outlook.com first. Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback is a breach of these Terms. ZillaBlankets reserves the right to contest any chargeback and provide evidence of the transaction, delivery, and your agreement to these Terms. Customers who file chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of ZillaBlankets or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZillaBlankets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZillaBlankets, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of this Site.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in small claims court. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

ZillaBlankets reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
