Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
The Godzilla Heated Blanket Robe is currently on preorder. Preorder units ship in 6-8 weeks from the date you order. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves our facility.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times outside the US vary by destination and local customs.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $124.99, and it is free on orders of $125.99 or more. Priority shipping is $4.99.

The Product

How does the heating work?
Three carbon-fibre heating zones sit in the back, chest and pocket. Plug the USB cable into any power bank or USB port and press the controller once for low, twice for medium, three times for high. Full heat in under 30 seconds.

Is the power bank included?
No. The robe comes with the controller and the USB cable. Any standard USB power bank or USB port will run it.

What size is it?
One size, cut oversized on purpose. It fits adults from S through 2XL and runs hood to ankle.

What is it made of?
380gsm double-sided sherpa fleece inside, heavyweight fleece outside, with a matching tie belt and bright blue 3D standing dorsal spines from the hood down the centre back.

How do I wash it?
Remove the USB heating elements first. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron and do not bleach.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do everything we can before it enters fulfilment. After that the order is locked in.

What is your return policy?
Please read our Refund Policy in full before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
