Pre-Order Production and Shipping Timeline

All ZillaBlankets products are pre-order items. Every robe is made to order and ships in approximately 6-8 weeks from the date you place your order.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production and shipping timelines may vary due to demand, seasonal volume, quality control, or carrier delays. Delays do not entitle you to a refund or order cancellation.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via standard or priority carriers depending on your selection at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to delays, lost packages, or order issues.

Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. ZillaBlankets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order. No refund will be issued for undeliverable orders caused by address errors.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, ZillaBlankets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, email us at zilablankets@outlook.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. This does not guarantee a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

ZillaBlankets ships internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not refundable by ZillaBlankets. Delivery times for international orders may be longer than estimated due to customs processing.

Order Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, redirected, or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
